• Please check in 15 minutes prior to start of any appointment. If you are late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule.
• Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.
   Please leave cell phones and children at home to help us maintain our quiet atmosphere.
• We ask that you speak softly in all areas of the spa.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• The Spa is a non-smoking facility for the comfort of all.
• If you prefer a female or a male therapist, please make your request known at the time of making your appointment.
• Tipping is appropriate for services and treatments. A general guideline would be between 15% and 20%.

Appointments & Cancellations

• 48-hour advance notice of appointment cancellations or a $25 fee will be charged for each hour booked.
• Any appointments not canceled and is a no show the full service price will be charged. These policies also apply to Gift Certificates. A missed appointment hurts 3 people; you, me and the person wanting to use that time.
• For Day Spa Packages, cancellation notice is required 72 hours before the time the package is booked. A major credit card will be necessary to reserve time for multi-service appointments.

Gift Certificates

• We keep a record of your purchase as a back-up system in case of theft or loss of the certificate. 
• There is a one year expiration date. All purchases are FINAL. 

Retail Sales

• All purchases are FINAL-no cash refunds. If product is unopened and we are contacted within 48 hours of purchase we will exchange for equal or greater value products.
